Family applicants must apply to each program separately. Applications will be accepted through Monday, December 12, 2016, 2 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Complete and legible applications will be entered in individual lotteries for the program(s) selected. All lottery draws will be limited to 45 applicants and the results used to establish a wait list order.
