The project is located at 247A Washington Street in the Town of Sherborn, Massachusetts. The site is 17.55 acres, and the project consists of nine buildings that will contain 32 units, of which eight will be affordable and sold via lottery, five 2 bedroom units and three 3 bedroom units.<\/b> The units have two floors of living space \u2013 living room, dining, and kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. The units have hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet upstairs. All units have a deck or porch, garage, and central air conditioning.<\/span><\/p>\n

The monthly Condominium fee for the 2-bedroom units is $125\/month, and the fee for the 3-bedrooms is $141\/month. The fee represents a proportional share of the total condominium expenses covering landscaping and snow removal, taxes, insurance and contribution to reserve based on the square footage of the unit. The homeowner will also pay monthly real estate taxes using Sherborn\u2019s 2019 tax rate of $19.62.<\/span><\/p>\n
