\n<\/em>Affordable Homeownership – Four New Construction 3-bedroom Condominium Units available in Holliston, MA for $281,600.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Village on the Green<\/a> development is located at 245 Washington Street in the Town of Holliston, Massachusetts. The site is 12.99 acres, and the project consists of sixteen detached condominium units, of which four will be affordable and sold via lottery.<\/p>\n

The units have two floors of living space across 1,750 of living space, with 3BR, 2.5 bath, living room, dining, and kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. The units have hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet upstairs. All units have a deck or porch, garage, and central air conditioning. <\/p>\n

The monthly Condominium fee for all units in the development is $175\/month. The fee represents a proportional share of the total condominium expenses electricity, insurance, replacement reserve, snow removal, trash removal, landscaping and other maintenance, and contribution to reserve. The homeowner will also pay monthly real estate taxes using Holliston\u2019s 2023 tax rate of $15.40, estimated at $361 per month.<\/p>\n
