The Trust has partnered with Transformations Inc, (<a href=\"http:\/\/transformations-inc.com\/\"><u>http:\/\/transformations-inc.com\/<\/u><\/a>) an award-winning designer and builder of energy efficient homes. The Sudbury Housing Trust, formed in 2006, will have created 13 affordable homes including these units.<\/p>\n<p>The Sudbury Housing Trust is currently marketing these units, and they will be sold through an affordable housing lottery to income-eligible households. Applications will be accepted until September 23.
