Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/span>This affordable 2-bedroom, 2 \u00bd bath unit provides 1,320 square feet in a duplex structure with an energy efficient design (< 55 HERS Rating). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The classic design has privacy fencing, an open deck, and one-car garage. There is an open first floor plan with living room, dining room, full kitchen and half bath. Upstairs, dual master bedrooms with full baths provide plenty of room for quiet and relaxation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
