Ability and enthusiasm for working with children and teens, and adapting to new technologies and services is a must. The ideal candidate will be well-organized; detail oriented, and possess outstanding customer service skills. Knowledge of children\u2019s\/teen literature and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office are preferred qualifications. This is an on-call position; Shifts are irregular, week day availability highly desired, may include evenings or weekends.
