The Town of Sudbury seeks a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Building Maintenance Custodian (40 hours per week, 8:00 – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) reporting to the Supervisor of Buildings. Responsible for manual, mechanical, and some supervisory work relating to the care and maintenance of a public building or buildings, related equipment, and surrounding grounds; routine to semi-complex maintenance and repair work.<\/p>\n
Candidate should have working knowledge of custodial materials and methods, as well as knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures related to buildings\/grounds maintenance and care. <\/p>\n
Candidates must meet minimum requirements contained in the job description posted on the attachment below. Starting salary range is $18.91 to $21.22 per hour DOQ.
