Youth Coordinator<\/strong> – Park and Recreation Department The Town of Sudbury is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to work directly with and on behalf of the community\u2019s youth.<\/p>\n Responsibilities include developing, scheduling, and implementation of activities, classes and youth programs for children within the schools and other community facilities. This individual will also supervise and direct staff in the development and implementation of these youth and recreation programs and make recommendations.<\/p>\n Prepares a variety of brochures, fliers, posters, and related communications to promote recreation, youth, and teen programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Recreation, Physical Education, Health\/Business Administration or a closely related educational field and 3 years\u2019 experience working with youth, parents, and volunteers.<\/p>\n Requires excellent communication skills, superior judgment and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, for the benefit of our young people.
