This Basic Chair Yoga class with chair support is designed to improve alignment, flexibility, strength, balance and reduce stress in elderly, those with chronic conditions or those recovering from injury. Participants will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair. All poses can be modified for the greatest benefit to each participant. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
