Yoga for People with Multiple Sclerosis

This gentle and therapeutic yoga class provides a great support for anyone living with Multiple Sclerosis. This program is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while relieving stress. Gentle strengthening and stretching as well as breath and relaxation are emphasized to counteract the physical and mental stresses of MS while balancing the nervous system. Class format may include chair, wall, floor, and prop supports. Please bring a water, yoga mat, and blanket if you wish.

DAY: Thursday

TIME: 6:00-7:00p

AGES: 21+

DATES: Jan.26-Mar. 22 *No class 2/23 (8 wks)


COST: $146    * 50% Rebate available through the National Multiple Sclerosis Society upon completion of session (contact instructor for details)
