The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, is soliciting proposals from qualified professional aerial photography and photogrammetry firms for the purpose of creating planimetric mapping and developing digital orthophotography of the Town of Sudbury. <\/P>

The Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Town of Sudbury Information Services Office, Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776,
M – F, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., or by contacting Technology Administrator

Separate technical and price proposals must be received at the Town of Sudbury Information Services Office, at the address above, no later than
3:00 p.m., February 8, 2008<\/STRONG>. <\/P>
\n

The evaluation process and award, if any, is expected to made within thirty days, with contract execution thereafter. A Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred (100%) percent of the contract price will be required. <\/P>
\n

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, and to accept any proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. <\/P>
