The Sudbury Board of Health Social Work Department is organizing the second annual Holiday Gift and Donation Program.

Any Sudbury family who self-identifies as being in need can apply for the program. The application is due by October 12th. Due to the amount of planning that must go into this program, no applications can be accepted after this date.

Please click here for a link to the application. Please read and follow all applications carefully to ensure eligibility. All applicants must arrange to have their gifts picked up on December 3rd between 8a-5p at a TBD location in Sudbury.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that an individual will receive gifts. The number of gifts is dependent on the number of donors.

If you are interested in donating a gift or gift cards to this program, please email the town social worker at socialworker@sudbury.ma.us or call 978-440-5476 and speak with the social worker, Bethany Hadvab, or one of the social work interns.
