Governor Baker released 2,000,000 At-Home COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests for distribution to Massachusetts Residents. Please click here for important information about the extended expiration dates of the kits.  The Sudbury Board of Health has received tests to be given out to Sudbury Residents. The tests will be available at the locations listed below on July 12th. Please check the office hours of the municipal building that you will be visiting. 

Sudbury Board of Health – 275 Old Lancaster Road,               

Goodnow Library  – 21 Concord Rd, 

Sudbury Select Board – 278 Old Sudbury Rd (2nd Floor/Town Mgr Office),

Sudbury Senior Center – 40 Fairbank Rd (Council on Aging)
