Beast Mode Runners and Rockstar Runners<\/h3>\n

Park and Recreation is offering two training programs for students in grades 3-6.<\/p>\n

Grades:<\/strong> 3-6
Schedule:<\/strong> Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30\u20134:45 PM
Session Dates:<\/strong> September 16 – October 23, 2025 with 5K on October 25
\nDuration<\/strong>: 6 weeks\/13 total runs
Location:<\/strong> Haskell Field Playground Snack Shack
Fee:<\/strong> $150 for Sudbury residents<\/p>\n

Beast Mode Runners<\/strong> (Boys, Grades 3-6) blends running, agility, endurance and sports-readiness training to help boys perform at their best. Participants will work together as a team, develop leadership skills and build confidence in their abilities.<\/p>\n

Rockstar Runners<\/strong> (Girls, Grades 3-6) is a high-energy running club for girls who want to move their bodies, build confidence and have fun. The program provides an empowering experience with an emphasis on strength + spirit, developing life skills, and form lasting friendships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All participants will complete a Celebratory 5K on Saturday, October 25th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
