The Permanent Building Committee is seeking candidates for membership for one two-year term to fill an existing vacancy. The Committee’s charge is to have general supervision over the design and construction of all public buildings including the hiring of architects and owner’s project managers, the review of technical specifications and cost estimates, the preparation of contracts, and bidding and construction management. Meetings are scheduled to suit project needs. The qualified candidate must have vocational experience or accreditation as an architect, engineer (mechanical preferred), construction project manager, facilities manager, or building contractor.
