{"id":1413,"date":"2017-02-06T11:43:44","date_gmt":"2017-02-06T16:43:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/pcd\/?p=1413"},"modified":"2018-10-25T15:07:50","modified_gmt":"2018-10-25T19:07:50","slug":"the-coolidge-phase-2-comprehensive-permit-application-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/pcd\/2017\/02\/06\/the-coolidge-phase-2-comprehensive-permit-application-2\/","title":{"rendered":"The Coolidge Phase 2 Comprehensive Permit Application"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Town of Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals has received&nbsp;an application for a&nbsp;Comprehensive Permit proposed by B&#8217;nai B&#8217;rith Housing New England, Inc. on a&nbsp;6 acre parcel&nbsp;at 187&nbsp;Boston Post Road.&nbsp; The proposal is for the construction of&nbsp;56 senior age-restricted housing&nbsp;rental units. This application constitutes Phase II of the project originally approved in 2011, and includes the subdivision of the 6 acre parcel into two 3 acre parcels to accommodate the new structure.
