{"id":29,"date":"2007-06-04T11:40:44","date_gmt":"2007-06-04T11:40:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/pcd\/2007\/06\/04\/40b-development-guidelines-published\/"},"modified":"2007-06-04T11:40:44","modified_gmt":"2007-06-04T11:40:44","slug":"40b-development-guidelines-published","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/pcd\/2007\/06\/04\/40b-development-guidelines-published\/","title":{"rendered":"40B Development Guidelines published"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n\t<span class=\"650213413-11052007\">Through a collaborative effort between the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Community Housing Committee, the Planning Board,&nbsp;the Sudbury Housing Authority and the Board of Selectmen, the Town has published <a href=\"\/documents\/download.asp?id=3553\">40B Guidelines<\/a>&nbsp;to assist in developing projects in Sudbury.&nbsp; These guidelines provide a solid framework for what the Town would like to see in 40B developments, and&nbsp;<span class=\"988465817-21052007\">&nbsp;further&nbsp;<\/span>describe the&nbsp;<span class=\"988465817-21052007\">&nbsp;Town&#39;s <\/span>process, architecture<span class=\"988465817-21052007\">&nbsp;preferences<\/span>, and overall goals.&nbsp; These will be helpful to both the Town Boards and Applicants while hearing the development details, and&nbsp;<span class=\"988465817-21052007\">&nbsp;outline<\/span> the ideal project from the Town perspective.
