REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL<\/p>\n

Sudbury Comprehensive Field Needs Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Town of Sudbury, acting by and through its Director of Planning & Community Development on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Commission, invites sealed proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional assessment services for the current use and future needs of the Town of Sudbury\u2019s recreational fields, courts, and appurtenant facilities.<\/p>\n

Documents may be requested via email by contacting Adam Burney, BurneyA@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>, or obtained from the Planning & Community Development Department, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Tuesday 8:00AM – 6:00PM, and Friday CLOSED. Questions regarding the RFP must be sent via email to BurneyA@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Submissions must be mailed or hand delivered by 12:30PM, Thursday, September 5, 2024<\/u><\/strong> to:<\/p>\n

All submissions must be in a sealed envelope marked \u201cRFP Sudbury Comprehensive Field Needs Assessment\u201d. The Price Proposal must be included within the RFP envelope in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked \u201cPrice Proposal Comprehensive Field Needs Assessment\u201d.
\nEmailed or faxed proposals will NOT be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All Proposals shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after bid opening.<\/p>\n

The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all proposals, or to accept any total proposal which it deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury. <\/p>\n
