The selected Surveyor and Engineer (the \u2018Consultant\u2019) will conduct Survey, Stormwater Management, Final Design, Permitting, Traffic Analysis, Schedule, Cost Estimate, and Bid Documents for Construction of Improvements to the Parkinson Field Driveway and Parking Lot.<\/p>\n<p>RFP Documents should be requested via email from <a href=\"mailto:pcd@sudbury.ma.us\">pcd@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Proposals shall be submitted digitally and will be accepted until noon on Thursday, May 15, 2025 via email to <a href=\"mailto:pcd@sudbury.ma.us\">pcd@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Procurement of these survey and engineering services is exempt from the provisions of MGL c. 30B, and the Town will not be bound by those provisions. The Town is inviting proposals to encourage competition. Award of a contract, if any, will be made to the most advantageous proposer for services as determined in the Town\u2019s sole discretion.<\/p>\n<p>The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, and to accept a response or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.<\/p>\n<p>Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts<br \/>\nAndrew J.
