{"id":72,"date":"2010-11-23T14:56:37","date_gmt":"2010-11-23T14:56:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/pcd\/2010\/11\/23\/bruce-freeman-rail-trail-survey-plans-accepted\/"},"modified":"2010-11-23T14:56:37","modified_gmt":"2010-11-23T14:56:37","slug":"bruce-freeman-rail-trail-survey-plans-accepted","status":"public-archive","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/pcd\/2010\/11\/23\/bruce-freeman-rail-trail-survey-plans-accepted\/","title":{"rendered":"Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Survey Plans Accepted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tThe Town has accepted the July 28, 2009 survey plans of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail corridor prepared by Atlantic&nbsp;Engineering and Survey Consultants, Inc., despite&nbsp;gaps in wetland flagging and identification of riverfront areas.&nbsp;The wetland delineation has been deemed incomplete, and any future permitting of construction of a rail trail will require&nbsp;additional wetland delineation at the appropriate time.&nbsp;The plans identify the right of way boundaries, topography, abutters&nbsp;and many&nbsp;features along the 4.4 mile length from the Concord Town line to its intersection with the MBTA right of way&nbsp;near Union Avenue.&nbsp;&nbsp;These plans, along with the Four Season Wildlife Evaluation prepared by Call of the Wild, will be used to create a concept plan for the corridor.
