\n\tThe Town has accepted the July 28, 2009 survey plans of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail corridor prepared by Atlantic Engineering and Survey Consultants, Inc., despite gaps in wetland flagging and identification of riverfront areas. The wetland delineation has been deemed incomplete, and any future permitting of construction of a rail trail will require additional wetland delineation at the appropriate time. The plans identify the right of way boundaries, topography, abutters and many features along the 4.4 mile length from the Concord Town line to its intersection with the MBTA right of way near Union Avenue. These plans, along with the Four Season Wildlife Evaluation prepared by Call of the Wild, will be used to create a concept plan for the corridor.
