Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Sudbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on <strong>Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.<\/strong> at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts concerning the following articles on the Warrant for the May 2, 2016 Annual Town Meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amend Article IX, the Zoning Bylaw, Section 7000, Definitions, by replacing the words \u201cthree (3)\u201d with the words \u201cfour (4)\u201d in the definition of Dog Kennel, so that definition will read:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Dog Kennel \u2013 An establishment in which more than <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">four (4)<\/span> dogs are housed, groomed, bred, boarded, trained or sold.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amend Article IX, the Zoning Bylaw, Section 4345, Wireless Services Overlay District &#8211; Uses Available As of Right, by adding the word \u201cMinor\u201d in front of the words \u201cSite Plan\u201d, and changing \u201csection 6300\u201d to \u201csection 6370\u201d, so that section reads:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Changes in the capacity or operation of a wireless service facility which has previously received a special permit under this Bylaw, limited to an increase or decrease in the number of antennae, cells, panels, equipment buildings or cabinets or the number of service providers (co-locators), shall be permitted, subject to <u>Minor<\/u> Site Plan review under section <u>6370<\/u> of the Zoning Bylaw and authorization from the lessor of the property.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/2016-articles-final-for-web\/\"><strong>full text of the articles<\/strong> <\/a>can be accessed here, and is also available&nbsp;from the Planning and Community Development office during normal business hours.<\/p>\n<p>All those wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place designated above, or send written comments prior to the hearing to the Sudbury Planning Board, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L.
