Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Sudbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts concerning the following&nbsp; articles on the Warrant for the May 6, 2013 Annual Town Meeting. The full text of the <strong><a href=\"\/documents\/download.asp?id=8422\">2013 Town Meeting Zoning Articles<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;can be downloaded here.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t\t<strong>Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, Sections 5336(d) and 5435(c) &ndash; Senior Residential Community and Incentive Senior Development Bylaws (Submitted by the Council on Aging)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\tAmend sections 5336(d) and 5435(c) to increase the number of allowable one-bedroom units in the Senior Residential Community and Incentive Senior Development Bylaws from 10% to 25%.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n\t\t<strong>Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, Section 6330 &#8211; Site Plan procedures <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\tAmend Section 6330, Site Plan Procedures, to replace the word &ldquo;unanimous&rdquo; with the word &ldquo;majority&rdquo;, so that sentence reads as follows, &ldquo;A <strike>unanimous<\/strike> majority vote of the Board of Selectmen shall be required and shall be in writing.&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>3.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, S<\/strong><strong>ection 2326 &#8211; &nbsp;Accessory Structures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tAmend Section 2326 to replace the words &ldquo;12 feet in length on any side, or with a maximum gross floor area of one hundred twenty square feet, whichever is less&rdquo; with the words &ldquo;16 feet in length on any side&rdquo;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>4.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, S<\/strong><strong>ection 4500 (Wastewater Facilities Bylaw) to delete this bylaw in its entirety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>5.&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, to add a new Section 8000 &#8211; Temporary Moratorium on <\/strong><strong>Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tAmend the Town&rsquo;s Zoning Bylaw by adding a new Section 8000<strong>, TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON MEDICAL MARIJUANA TREATMENT CENTERS, <\/strong>that would temporarily prohibit such uses in the Town of Sudbury until June 30, 2014, giving the Town time to study the as-of-yet published Department of Public Health regulations on these facilities and promulgate local regulations for permitting them in Sudbury.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Public Hearing Scheduled for April 10, 2013 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall <a href=\"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/2013\/02\/28\/planning-board-proposes-articles-for-2013-annual-town-meeting\/\" aria-label=\"Read full article about Planning Board Proposes Articles for 2013 Annual Town Meeting\">Read full article<span class=\"meta-nav\">&rarr;<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false},"categories":[1,6,327,114,213],"tags":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/23"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=23"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/23\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=23"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=23"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/planning\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=23"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
