 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE<\/p>\n

SUDBURY PLANNING BOARD<\/p>\n

In accordance with the provisions of Article V(F), Section 4.B of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws (Stormwater Management); sections 4292 (Water Resource Protection Overlay District), 5390 (Senior Residential Community), and 5490 (Incentive Senior Development) of the Town of Sudbury Zoning Bylaw; MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9; and MGL Chapter 41, Section 81Q, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 8:00 p.m.<\/strong> at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA concerning the adoption of Procedures and amendments to the Stormwater Management Bylaw Regulations, Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land, Rules and Regulations for Senior Residential Communities, Rules and Regulations for Incentive Senior Developments, and Rules and Regulations for Special Permits in the Water Resource Protection Districts.<\/p>\n

Copies of the full wording of the Procedures are available in the Planning and Community Development Office and on the Town\u2019s website at http:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/Planning\/news4417<\/a><\/p>\n

Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed Procedures should appear at the time and place designated.                                      <\/p>\n
