Chapter 40A, Section 9, section 5300 of the Sudbury Zoning Bylaw, and Section 5.C of Article V(F) of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 7:45 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA on the application of Mahoney Farms LLC for a modification to an approved Senior Residential Community Special Permit Modification dated May 23, 2013, originally granted on June 22, 2005, and a Stormwater Management Permit dated May 23, 2013. Said applications request modifications to several conditions of both approvals as set forth in a letter to the Planning Board dated September 27, 2013.
