\n\tThere are currently 6 petitions for consideration for walkway construction on the priority list: <\/p>\n

  1. \n\t\tNobscot<\/span> Road<\/span> (under construction currently)<\/li>\n
  2. \n\t\tPeakham Road (#118 to Robert Best Road)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. \n\t\tNorth Road<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. \n\t\tPowder Mill Road<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. \n\t\tDutton Road<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. \n\t\tMarlboro Road<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n\tEach walkway will be reviewed based on a matrix of objectives developed by the 2000 Report of the Walkway Committee. Other factors for determining priorities will include the ability to construct the walkway within the town right-of-way, or within previously granted easements, and the costs.  The Walkway Planning Priorities<\/a><\/span><\/span> contains all criteria used in making the recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n\tAdditional funds will be needed to continue walkway construction after 2009 funds are expended. Future funding requests will be submitted at the 2010 Annual Town Meeting to continue the program<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
