Unfortunately, as a result of the storm we have a number of issues we are contending with.&nbsp; Numerous roads have been closed due to trees that have taken down wires and need the attention of <span class=\"scayt-misspell\" data-scayt_word=\"NStar\" data-scaytid=\"1\">NStar<\/span> prior to us being able to remove the debris.&nbsp; All trees that did not affect wires have already been removed by the Department of Public Works and Police.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">With continued power outages for an undetermined time many residents have lost phone communication either via landline or cellular phone we suggest the use of a car charger to replenish your cellular battery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n\tThere remain a number of conditions where trees remain in a precarious position and with the continued wind we are unsure of changing circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tWe are attempting to forewarn motorists within our abilities to hazardous conditions that lie ahead.&nbsp; Having said that, please use extreme caution for the foreseeable future when traversing the roadways in your vehicles.&nbsp; Pedestrians are encouraged to avoid walking the area at this point, particularly in the dark as unknown hazards are prevalent.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span class=\"scayt-misspell\" data-scayt_word=\"NStar\" data-scaytid=\"3\">NStar<\/span> is well aware of the obstructions we are dealing with and are making every effort to assist but we are uncertain as to any time frames.&nbsp; If you have a particular issue with your residence regarding power <span class=\"scayt-misspell\" data-scayt_word=\"NStar\" data-scaytid=\"5\">NStar<\/span> requests you contact them at (800) 592-2000 so they can account for your needs as they can.&nbsp; <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Please refrain&nbsp;from&nbsp;contacting the police department regarding power issues unless an emergency necessitates doing so.&nbsp; <span class=\"scayt-misspell\" data-scayt_word=\"NStar\" data-scaytid=\"7\">NStar<\/span> does not communicate timelines to&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">AS&nbsp;OF 09\/03\/2011 AT 12:<span class=\"scayt-misspell\" data-scayt_word=\"00PM\" data-scaytid=\"11\">00PM<\/span> ALL MAJOR&nbsp;AND SECONDARY COMMUTING ROADS ARE OPEN!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;THERE ARE STILL A COUPLE OF SIDE STREETS THAT HAVE ISSUES.&nbsp;
