On 9-24-08 at approximately 10:41 PM the Sudbury Police Department received a report of a past assault in a common area at 655 Boston Post Road.  <\/SPAN>Preliminary investigation by responding officers determined the incident to be a sexual assault.  <\/SPAN>The female victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. <\/P>

Suspect was described as a white male approximately 25-30 years of age, 6\u2019 to 6\u20192\u201d tall having a \u201cbuzz\u201d cut with sandy blond hair and a goatee.  <\/SPAN>He was wearing a blue t-shirt, jeans and a black baseball hat.  <\/SPAN>Suspect possibly operating what was described as a Ford pickup with shiny black paint and a substantial dent on the driver\u2019s door that had been following her on Boston Post Road while on a walk.<\/P>
