Join us for an hour of holistic yoga practice to relax and rejuvenate mid-week. This class will provide you with tools and techniques to wind-down and cope with stress, and re center your body, mind and spirit. The ancient yoga texts define a yoga asana as a posture in which the practitioner is both steady and comfortable. We will explore different ways of incorporating steadiness and ease in all the postures we practice and eventually in our daily life. You will learn to adapt your practice to meet your level of ability, flexibility, and strength.
