DIGITAL PHOTO BASICS FOR YOUTH

A unique opportunity for your child to hone his/her skill in using a digital camera while taking an

abundance of fun photos shared by all the students in class. The course also covers many other basics concerning digital images suited to the students ages and experience, e.g.,

– downloading them into a computer,

– archiving and keeping track of them,

– editing to salvage bad shots and improve even good ones

– sharing, via e mail, burning CD/DVD’s, and prints (using on-line services)

 

WHO:Ages 10-13

DAY:Tuesdays

TIME:4:05-5:35 PM

DATES:May 22-Jun. 12

DURATION:4-Weeks

WHERE:FCC-Room 1

COST:$110 per child

The students also earn a 4×6 print of their favorite photo taken — and, if necessary, edited — and then matted and framed.

Instructed by Stanley Klein, Sudbury’s best known professional photographer and photography instructor.

Each session lasts 1-1/2 hours with a total of four classes.
