Summer Refund & Cancellation Policy

 You may withdraw from a program up to 7 business days prior to the start date for a fee of $25 per child per program/clinic. After that time no refunds will be issued unless your spot can be promptly filled and no cost is incurred because of your withdrawal.  Refunds are easier to process if you pay by credit card!!  If you pay by check, to receive a refund, you must submit a refund form and a copy of the cancelled check to the FCC.
