Please click below for the <a href=\"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/selectboard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/260\/2020\/07\/Housing-Choice-Community-2020.pdf?version=d87894c6eb2251718e6eb45472f89049\">Housing Choice Community designation letter<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Housing Choice Initiative rewards municipalities that have produced certain rates or amounts of new housing units in the last five years and that adopted best practices related to housing production that will sustain a 21st century workforce and increase access to opportunity for Massachusetts residents.
