\n\t BOARD OF SELECTMEN <\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\tSPECIAL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\t             The Board of Selectmen will hold a meeting on Monday, September 13, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the Grange Hall, 326 Concord Road, for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n\t\t Voting the Board’s authorization for the submittal by the Supt. of Sudbury Public Schools of a Statement of Interest to the Mass. School Building Authority (MSBA) for funding under its Green Repair Program.<\/li>\n
  2. \n\t\tVoting and signing a letter to MassHousing regarding the Vincent C. Mercuri property located at 189 Boston Post Road.<\/li>\n
  3. \n\t\tVoting to accept and acknowledge award of two energy efficiency grants: 1) Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (ARRA funded) in the amount of $141,864 for Solar PV and Solar Thermal projects at the Fairbank Community Center; and 2) Green Communities Division of Mass. DOER in the amount of $136,238 for various projects, and to authorize and direct the Town Manager to execute all documents relative thereto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n\t             The Board will then join a 7:30 p.m. meeting at The Grange where they will participate with members of the Sudbury Public School Committee, Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Committee and the Finance Committee in the presentations and discussions for a planned Town Financial Summit to be held at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
