{"id":1306,"date":"2017-06-15T16:42:51","date_gmt":"2017-06-15T20:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/selectboardsoffice\/?p=1306"},"modified":"2017-06-15T16:59:44","modified_gmt":"2017-06-15T20:59:44","slug":"town-of-sudbury-petitions-to-intervene-at-siting-board","status":"public-archive","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/selectboardsoffice\/2017\/06\/15\/town-of-sudbury-petitions-to-intervene-at-siting-board\/","title":{"rendered":"Town of Sudbury Petitions to Intervene at Siting Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Times New Roman\">Today, the Town of Sudbury petitioned the Energy Facilities Siting Board for leave to intervene as a full party in the upcoming proceedings regarding the proposed Eversource Sudbury to Hudson transmission line. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Times New Roman\">By filing for intervener status, the Town can take part in discovery as well as present evidence at the proceedings.
