{"id":1993,"date":"2019-10-03T09:18:41","date_gmt":"2019-10-03T13:18:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/selectboardsoffice\/?p=1993"},"modified":"2019-10-16T11:27:15","modified_gmt":"2019-10-16T15:27:15","slug":"community-discussions-to-gain-citizen-input-on-next-town-manager","status":"public-archive","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sudbury.ma.us\/selectboardsoffice\/2019\/10\/03\/community-discussions-to-gain-citizen-input-on-next-town-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Community Discussions to Gain Citizen Input on Next Town Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Town of Sudbury is pleased to announce it has scheduled community discussion sessions on October 17, 2019 to provide residents the opportunity to share their thoughts on the qualifications and characteristics they believe Sudbury\u2019s next Town Manager should possess.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sessions will be held on: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, October 17<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2:00PM &#8211; 3:00PM and<\/li>\n<li>6:30PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sudbury Town Hall, Lower Level<br \/>\n322 Concord Road<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to ensure that residents are able to share their recommendations and thoughts regarding the expertise and qualifications they would like to see in their next Town Manager,\u201d said Daniel Carty, Chairman of the Sudbury Board of Selectmen. \u201cIt is important that Sudbury\u2019s citizens are an integral part of the Town Manager selection process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Town has hired the consulting firm <em>Community Paradigm Associates, LLC,<\/em> to assist in the search process. Representatives from the firm, including Principal Bernard Lynch, will attend the community discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, <em>Community Paradigm<\/em> representatives will be available at Town Hall between 3:00PM and 5:00PM on Thursday, October 17, for residents interested in stopping by to share their thoughts outside of the community discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Residents may also send comments via email to: <a href=\"mailto:citizeninput@communityparadigm.com\">citizeninput@communityparadigm.com<\/a> Subject: Sudbury TM.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on the Town Manager search community discussion sessions, please contact the Sudbury Selectmen\u2019s Office at 978-639-3381.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sessions to provide residents the opportunity to share their thoughts on the qualifications and characteristics they believe Sudbury\u2019s next Town Manager should possess.
