In doing so, the Board has the following objective: to set the amount of the fee so as to recover a reasonable approximation of the costs to the Town in processing the requested item. Further, the Selectmen require that staff annually review these fees and make recommendations to the Board before December 31 of each year if they believe an increase or decrease is warranted.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">NOTE: The Town accepted Mass.
