Therefore the Sudbury Water District is forced to enact a <STRONG>Level 1<\/STRONG> water use restriction. Odd numbered houses may water for 3 hours on odd days and even numbered houses may water for 3 hours on even days. This is a <STRONG>mandatory<\/STRONG> restriction. Please use as little as possible. Continued lack of precipitation may result in further restrictions.
