NSTAR crews stand at the ready to respond to any damage or outages the storm may cause.  They've activated their Emergency Response Plan, opened regional service centers as storm response headquarters and added extra staff in their service centers and customer call center.  They're also are able to relocate NSTAR crews from one part of their service territory to another, depending on where they are most needed.

Currently their system is operating normally, with no storm-related outages to report.

They encourage customers whose electric service is affected by the storm to report it by calling them at 1-800-592-2000.  As always, they strongly urge people to stay away from all down wires and to report them to NStar and local emergency officials.
