Request for Proposals Sought for Master Plan

The Town of Sudbury Planning Board is seeking qualified consultants to prepare a Comprehensive Master Plan for the Town of Sudbury consistent with requirements under MGL Chapter 41, Section 81D.  

Proposals must be prepared in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. Commerce Department under the Economic Development Administration, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Town of Sudbury. All proposals must comply in all respects with the instructions, conditions, specifications, and other requirements in the Request for Proposals, which can be obtained from the Office of Planning and Community Development, Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30am-4:00pm, Tuesday, 8:30am-7:00pm, and Friday 8:30am-12:30pm, Tel: (978) 639-3387.

Consultants must submit one (1) original unbound single-sided copy, and five (5) double-sided bound copies of the technical (non-price) proposal and one original copy of the separately sealed price proposal by 12:00 P.M. EST on Friday, May 4, 2018 to the attention of: Meagen P. Donoghue, Director, Office of Planning and Community Development, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776. Proposals that are faxed, emailed, or late will not be accepted. Price proposals and non-price proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes.

The Town of Sudbury will award a contract or reject all proposals within thirty (30) days after the opening of proposals. The Town reserves the right to reject any and, all proposals and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.
