Proposals Sought for BFRT Engineering/Design Services

The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, acting through its Town Manager, is soliciting responses from qualified professional engineers registered in Massachusetts and pre-qualified with MassDOT for preparing a 25% structural design for the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail in Sudbury to Mass DOT standards.

Consultants must submit three paper copies and an electronic copy of responses to the Planning and Community Development Office, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA  01776, by 12 P.M. EST on Thursday, June 7, 2018 in order to be considered.

The Request for Proposals is available electronically by email request to the Environmental Planner, suedmeyerb@sudbury.ma.us.

The procurement of engineering services is exempt from the requirements of G.L. c. 30B; therefore please be aware that this procurement is not subject to or undertaken pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30B.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, and to accept any response or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
