The League of Women Voters of Sudbury sponsored two televised programs for their 64th Annual Candidates Forum.


Candidates Forum – Contested Race (Board of Selectmen)

A panel was held for the Board of Selectmen seat, which is the only contested race in the 2020 Annual Town Election. Board of Selectmen candidates Patricia Brown and Charles Russo participated in an hour-long forum that can be viewed on SudburyTV.


Candidates Statements – Uncontested Races

A second Candidates’ Forum program features candidates in uncontested races, each making a statement about their qualifications and the work of the office they are seeking.


Both programs are being shown repeatedly throughout March on SudburyTV Channel 8 (Comcast) and Channel 31 (Verizon). The forums are also available online as a video-on-demand option, which can be watched from a computer at any time. The video-on-demand option and a schedule for the televised programs are on the SudburyTV website,

The League’s Voters’ Guide with responses from all candidates will be posted on the Sudbury League website,, in mid-March.


The Sudbury 2020 Annual Town Election will be held on Monday, March 30.
