Time: 10:00am-Noon (registration begins at 9:00)

Place: First Connections, 179 Great Road, Acton, MA

Climb Out of the Darkness events promote awareness, prevention, and treatment of perinatal mood disorders, and raise funds for vital services for new moms and their families. Our Climb will benefit both First Connections in Acton, MA, and Postpartum Support International (PSI).   PSI supports moms & dads, community programs, and healthcare providers worldwide.

We’ll gather at First Connections (179 Great Rd, Acton, MA) for registration and words of welcome. Around 10:00am, we’ll cross Great Road to access the lovely new Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. We’ll walk north on the trail for about .75 miles, pause for a brief celebration at the Great Road overpass on the trail, and then walk back as a group, in solidarity with one another, to First Connections. There, we’ll hold a raffle and have several fun activities for parents and kids alike.
