The weather may be hot and humid, but the Board of Health Social Work Office is already rolling out the second Holiday Gift Program. This is a program that connects residents in need with holiday gift donations from the community. The program starts before the leaves show signs of changing due to the planning and work that must go into the program.

For families who identify as being in need of gifts for the holiday season, please click here to access the application. Please read all application questions carefully and follow all directions to ensure eligibility. All applications MUST be addressed as noted in the application and be received by the Social Work Office by October 12, 2018. Due to the breadth of this program and the planning involved, there cannot be any exceptions to this deadline. Please plan ahead. Completion of an application does not guarantee that a resident will receive gifts for the holidays. The number of gifts distributed is dependent on the number of donations

Interested in purchasing gifts or gift cards for a family in need this holiday season? Please reach out to the Town Social Worker, Bethany Hadvab, or her interns, Abbie Amico and Esther Tandetnik, at 978-440-5476 or socialworker@sudbury.ma.us to sign up.
