The drive supports local restaurants, while providing delicious meals and selfcare moments to Sudbury residents. In the spirit of Valentine&#8217;s Day, you can show some love to your neighbors by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/30e084fa5a62ba5fd0-sudbury1\">clicking here<\/a> <\/strong>to learn more and donate. HOPEsudbury is helping to support Gabrielle&#8217;s efforts*, but please note that they are not running the drive, and therefore donations are not tax deductible.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you are in need of a restaurant gift card, please email <a href=\"mailto:socialworker@sudbury.ma.us\">socialworker@sudbury.ma.us<\/a> and include the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Address<\/li>\n<li>Household size<\/li>\n<li>3-4 types of food\/Sudbury restaurants that bring you the most joy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><strong><span class=\"color_34\">HOPE Fund<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"color_34\">HOPEsudbury&#8217;s HOPE Fund is also available to help Sudbury residents with emergency financial needs by directly paying bills such as: &nbsp;Fuel\/Utilities, Medical Care\/Medicine, Rent\/Mortgage\/Insurance, Household\/Car Repairs and other needs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, funds are available to a<\/span><span class=\"color_34\">ny Sudbury individual or family, regardless of how long they have resided in town.&nbsp; Names of individuals who request support are kept confidential.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_34\"><span class=\"wixGuard\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><strong><span class=\"color_34\">How Do I Request Support?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"color_34\">The HOPE Fund is administered in confidence by Bethany Hadvab, Sudbury Town Social Worker. To seek assistance, residents should complete the&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/2257930f-1bd7-4222-8d1b-6f8586cd7393.filesusr.com\/ugd\/a942dd_e3245ce1ea32419a939e63254241a344.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HOPE Fund Application<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and email it to <a href=\"mailto:socialworker@sudbury.ma.us\">socialworker@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.
