\n\tAs many of you know from a continuing stream of publicity, this year the Town of Sudbury is celebrating the 375th anniversary of the incorporation of Sudbury Plantation.<\/p>\n
\n\tWe invite you to join us as an exhibitor on “Main Street Sudbury” at the September 6th Field Day and Fireworks event at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. There is no charge for participation. <\/p>\n
\n\tTo reserve your FREE booth please fill out the Main Street Booth Application<\/a> and return it by August 15, 2014 <\/strong>to the Sudbury Celebrates 375 Committee at sudbury375@sudbury.ma.us<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n \n\tThis is a great way to showcase your organization’s contribution to the life of Sudbury and its surrounding communities. We encourage you to have some sort of hands-on activity at your booth to engage the attendees.<\/p>\n \n\tIn late August you will receive a letter from the committee confirming your space as well as information about the event, set-up times, availability of tables and chairs (for rent) and location assignments. A typical booth space will be 12’ by 12’ to accommodate a pop-up tent and an activity.<\/p>\n \n\tPlease don’t hesitate to contact us if you need additional information or if we can help you in any way.
