MWRTA Catch Connect is a curb-to-curb shared ride service, which combines the convenience of ordering an on-demand trip with the reliability and accessibility of public transit. Customers can travel from any location within the town of Sudbury on a fully accessible<\/strong> Catch Connect vehicle Monday through Friday, from 12pm to 6pm. Due to the program’s popularity, MWRTA has partnered with Sudbury to extend service hours to Monday – Friday, from 8am to 6pm, starting 9\/15\/25<\/strong>.<\/span>The service will take riders to any location within Sudbury as well as the Target in Marlborough where customers can connect with MWRTA Fixed Route 7C<\/a><\/span>. Must be at least 12 years of age to ride alone. <\/p>\n

How it Works<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Customers request a ride via the MWRTA Catch App<\/span><\/a> or, for those unable to use the app, by calling (508) 283-5083. <\/li>\n
  2. The app provides the rider with an ETA of the vehicle’s arrival as well as vehicle tracking.<\/li>\n
  3. The rider stands in a safe, visible location so the driver can find them.<\/li>\n
  4. When the MWRTA vehicle arrives, the rider boards and is taken to their requested destination within Sudbury or the Target at 605 Boston Post Road East in Marlborough.<\/li>\n
  5. There is NO COST for rides THROUGH JUNE 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
