The Committee has successfully launched several new transportation services that supplement the ongoing Sudbury Connection van services through the Sudbury Senior Center.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: Transportation services may change or have limits. The service previously ran 12pm &#8211; 6pm. Please see <a href=\"#connect\">Catch Connect Sudbury<\/a> below for details.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #eb0000\"><strong>UPDATE <\/strong><em>8\/15\/25<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Effective September 1, 2025, the Go Sudbury! Uber and Go Sudbury! Taxi programs will become simply the Go Sudbury! limited ride low cost transportation program. While we are pleased to be able to continue to provide the program, several changes were necessary in order to ensure that we will be able to offer it for many years to come. Please see &#8220;<a href=\"#taxi\">Go Sudbury! Program<\/a>&#8221; below for details.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #eb0000\"><strong>Catch Connect Update <\/strong><em>7\/14\/25<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><span style=\"color: black\">We are pleased to announce the continuation of the <a href=\"#connect\">Sudbury Catch Connect<\/a> service for another year (the pilot year was a success!). The program had been offered through June 2025, and will now be extended through June 2026. Sudbury Connection Van Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>(Mondays through Fridays, 8:30 AM \u2013 4:00 PM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Sudbury Connection <strong>Wheelchair Accessible<\/strong> Van Service is operated through the Sudbury Senior Center, in conjunction with the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA).&nbsp; This is a shared ride service which means that on occasion your ride time may be adjusted to accommodate the van schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> Sudbury residents 60 and older and residents who are 18 and older who are living with a disability that limits driving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Hours: <\/strong>Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 AM \u2013 4:00 PM (first ride at 8:45 AM; last ride starts at 3:30 PM)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Area: <\/strong>The Sudbury Connection van provides service within Sudbury as well as to health care destinations in Wayland, Framingham, Marlborough, Maynard and Concord.&nbsp; The Connection van also provides rides to Stop and Shop\/Wayland, a group trip to Market Basket in Maynard on Tuesdays, and to Trader Joe\u2019s In Framingham once each month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost: <\/strong>Van fees are $1.00 in town; $2.00 for out of town for a one-way ride and are deducted when you take a ride. Go Sudbury! Program <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Go Sudbury! Uber Rides Program is a Town-funded, partially subsidized, transportation program provided via Uber to get from one place to another if no other public tr<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">ansportat<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">ion is available.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility: <\/strong>Go Sudbury! riders must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Sudbury resident<\/li>\n<li>18 years of age or older<\/li>\n<li>and meet at least <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">one<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> of the following criteria:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Have a temporary or permanent physical or cognitive limitation that impacts driving<\/li>\n<li>Be enrolled in at least one of the following: MassHealth, SNAP, Subsidized Housing, Utility Discount or Fuel Assistance, Veterans Benefits, or WIC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Service Area &amp; Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All rides must begin or end in Sudbury.<\/li>\n<li>Service is provided to the Logan Express Shuttle in Framingham, but not to Logan Airport.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Ri<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">des are provided for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">non<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">-urgent healthcare appointments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">vaccination appointments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">work<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">shopping<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">accessing community resources<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cost: <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">Qualifying riders will receive up to $30 in Uber vouchers each month. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">Riders are responsible for any costs beyond this amount. Alternative transportation options may require an additional rider co-pay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application: <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">To apply for the updated program, please complete the application at <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ey7mA5SiziCmd72b6\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/ey7mA5SiziCmd72b6<\/span><\/a>. Applications will be reviewed by the Community Social Worker and the staff at the Senior Center. Further voucher request information will be sent upon program qualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Accessibility: <\/strong>**WAV Service Note**<\/p>\n<p>The Go Sudbury! Program does not provide wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) at this time. For rides in a WAV vehicle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">Residents under age 60 should contact the Community Social Worker Office at (978) 440-5476 or <a href=\"mailto:socialworker@sudbury.ma.us\">socialworker@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">Residents aged 60 or older should contact the Sudbury Senior Center at (978) 443-3055 or <a href=\"mailto:senior@sudbury.ma.us\">senior@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You may also wish to consider one of Sudbury&#8217;s transportation programs which offers WAV vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Using the Service: <\/strong>You must have a private account with Uber on your smartphone for this service. Catch Connect Sudbury<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Catch Connect Sudbury shuttle is a grant-funded, pilot program sponsored by the Sudbury Transportation Committee and the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA). This new Microtransit on-demand service started in Sudbury on July 1, 2024. Service is provided by a wheelchair accessible van from the MWRTA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility: <\/strong>Targeted to serve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Adults 60 and older<\/li>\n<li>Those who are 12 years of age and older who have a disability<\/li>\n<li>Those who are 12 years of age and older who have financial need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, this service is eligible to all residents 12 years of age and older.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Hours:<\/strong> Mondays through Fridays, from 8:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Area:<\/strong> Rides will be within Sudbury and to the Target Store in Marlborough.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost:<\/strong> Sudbury and the MWRTA will offer Catch Connect services free through the summer of 2026.&nbsp; After that period, the cost per ride will be $2.&nbsp; There is no cap on the number of rides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong> Download the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mwrta.com\/catch\">MWRTA Catch app<\/a> onto your smart phone and request rides through the app.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using the Service: <\/strong>Riders are able to request a ride as they need them, and potentially get picked up within a few minutes to \u00bd hour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There is a phone line available for those unable to use the app at (508) 283-5083.<\/p>\n<p>Call the Sudbury Senior Center for more information at 978-443-3055, or email at <a href=\"mailto:senior@sudbury.ma.us\">senior@sudbury.ma.us<\/a>. <a id=\"hospital\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5.
