Properties that have significant tax balances due, particularly dating back prior to <strong>2008,<\/strong> will be included in this month&#8217;s petitions to Land Court.<\/p>\n<p>Any unpaid property taxes after the fiscal year are first secured by Tax Lien filed with the S. Middlesex Registry of Deeds.
