Individual property assessment records may be viewed using the counter terminal at the Assessors Office. Our regular office hours are 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. The office is located on the 1st floor of the Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Rd. Property owners may request a copy of their property record card by phoning the Assessors Office at 978-639-3393.
Property owners requesting an appeal of their assessed values may do so by filing an application for abatement on an approved form (state tax form 128), with the Assessors Office, 278 Old Sudbury Rd., Sudbury, MA. 01776, no later than February 1, 2007.
