When reviewing the FY 2009 assessment list, please note that while the fiscal year is 2009, the assessement date relating to the fiscal year is January 1, 2008. The FY 2009 assessments represent property values as of January 1, 2008.
Property owners may request a copy of their property record through our office. Please phone, email or stop in to request a copy of the assessment record. The Assessors Office regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are located in the Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Rd. (Rte. 27) Sudbury, MA. 01776. The deadline for filing an appeal of the FY 2009 assessments ended February 2, 2009. For further information please contact our office.
