REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Property Tax Assessment Services
The Town of Sudbury is seeking statements of qualifications and fee proposals from qualified consultants to provide property tax assessment services for a three-year period of fiscal year 2017 through fiscal year 2019. Interested consultants can obtain a Request for Proposal Package by contacting the Sudbury Assessor’s Office, 278 Old Sudbury Rd. Sudbury, Massachusetts 01776, Monday-Wednesday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. or by calling 978-639-3393. Complete proposals must be received at the above office and address on or before July 11, 2016 12 p.m. local time.
